The Happiness Workout Juggle Play for Brain & Body
Health + Wellness with Beth Kaplan Bongar
Learn how to juggle your stress away. A gentle non-impact workout that is great for the brain, juggling is a form of neurobics: mental exercises designed to create neural pathways in the brain by using the senses in unconventional ways. It improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, peripheral vision, and motor skills and is also a mindfulness practice, as it allows you to become fully present because it is almost impossible to think of anything but the task at hand. Anyone can learn, at any age. No partner or talent needed.
Free for those being treated for breast cancer in the Mt. Sinai Health System.
Bring whatever you want to juggle. I have balls!
Tuesday, February 9, 7–8:30pm
